You Are My Zing Pt. 1

"Oh, it comes with an accessory."

When Dracula turned the backpack around Mavis sees that wearing the backpack is her first and "zing", Jonathan.

Confused, she says "You?"

Then, Jonathan replied "You."

Unsure, Mavis asks "Why are you back?"

After Jonathan put his legs down and Dracula let him go, he walked up to Mavis, looked into her eyes, and answered "Because you're my zing, Mavis."

Mavis, surprised to hear Johnny say, replied "I'm your zing?  But . . . you told me you hate monsters."

Remembering that unpleasant moment, Jonathan replied "Yeah, well . . . I was afraid your dad was gonna suck all the blood from my body if I didn't say that."

Dracula popped up suddenly and argued "I wouldn't have haha eh . . . no, he's right, I would've done that."

About to be mad, Mavis went "Dad!"

Dracula shrugged and said "Haha, I was wrong."

After that, Dracula gave Mavis something she told she threw away:  an old postcard of Hawaii, where her mom and dad first met.

After obtaining the card, Mavis looked at the card and asks her father "Do you really mean it, dad?"

Dracula walks up to her daughter and says "Go make your own paradise."

In reply to her father's answer, Mavis smiled a very sweet smile.

Very happy of what's going on, Jonathan steps up to Mavis and asks her "Can we try that kiss over again?"

Mavis giggled and said "I think we can."

As they were about to kiss.....

SNARL GROWL ROAR!!!!!!!

Dracula went to one of his mood and then came back to normal.  When he realizes this, he shyly retracts into his cape and says "Sorry, I just- I had get used to-  oh go, do your thing."

After saying that, he quickly stepped outside of Mavis' room.  When Dracula left, Jonathan and Mavis just smirked and kissed each other on the lips.

After kissing for what seems to be like eternity, both Jonathan and Mavis stopped kissing, looked at each other, and hugged each other.

While they hold onto each other, they feel like as if they are already in paradise.  To Mavis, it feels really comforting to be embraced Jonathan's strong (in a sense), warm embrace.  To Jonathan, it feels good to be able to hold the girl that he loved from the very minute he saw her.

Then, a bit suddenly, Jonathan yawned quite loudly.  In response to this, Mavis pulled away and looked at Johnny.

"Oh, sorry Mavis," Jonathan explained "I couldn't be able to sleep at all when I . . . I left caste."

"Oh." Mavis replied, understanding why he didn't sleep well.  She also didn't sleep well also.

Mavis looked at Jonathan again and said "You might need some sleep?"

"Yeah," Jonathan answered, nod a tired looking nod "but I don't think I could easily find an open room in this hotel."

Understanding this, Mavis looked to the side a little bit, thinking of a solution.

Then, she thought . . . . . .

"Ahmm, Johnny?" Mavis asked.

Jonathan asked "Yeah, Mavis?"

Mavis felt nervous, she wasn't sure why.  While fidgeting her fingers, she asks Jonathan "Do you think that ... for just today, til you get a separa-ate room, you could just . . . sleep wi-with me, in my room here?"

At first, Jonathan was about to flip out by that request, but he knows that Mavis is smarter than that and wasn't that kind of girl.

He, then, asks her "Are you sure?"

Mavis nodded and said "Yeah, I didn't get much sleep either.  So, its okay."

Jonathan smiled and said "Okay"

Suddenly, he asked "But won't your dad get just a little bit crazy by this?  I mean, I don't want to make him want to suck all the blood out of my body for this."

After saying that, he ends it with a shiver.

Mavis giggled and said "Don't worry, I'll deal my dad.  I've dealt with him for 118 years, so I can take care of him."

Feeling relieved by that, Jonathan smiled and said "Alright, if its okay with you, then its okay with me."

Mavis smiled and said "Good.  Now, should we get ready for bed?"

After Jonathan said yes, he went to close the window so that Mavis can move about without getting burned.  As Mavis got her bed ready, Jonathan sat down on a chair and start taking off his shoes.

As he does this, Jonathan asks "So, do we need to put up a 'Do Not Disturb' sign or something, Mavis?"

Mavis replied "I'll take care of that.  Mary?"

"Yes, Mavis baby?" a voice called out.

This surprised Jonathan and he asks "Who or what was that?!"

Mavis smiled and answered "It's Mary, my door knob shrunken-head.  She and hundreds like her here are our 'Do Not Disturb' signs."

After answering Jonathan's question, Mavis asked Mary "Can you make sure that we're not disturbed?"

The voice (Mary) replied "Of course, I won't let anyone disturb you . . . and make sure that no one, like your father, get any wrong ideas.  Sleep tight you two."

Both of them blushed a little bit about the 'getting the wrong idea' thing Mary mentioned.  After that, they shook it off and continued to get ready.

Later, Mavis changed (in her closet) into her black pajamas and Jonathan changed (in Mavis' bathroom) into his Scooby Doo pajama pants and a white t-shirt.

After that, Mavis and Jonathan got into the bed and made themselves comfortable.

Jonathan was laying on his back, while Mavis was on his side, holding him as if he was one of her favorite stuffed animals as a child.  In response to this, Jonathan wrapped his arms around his "zing".

As Jonathan took a big inhale, he caught Mavis' scent, which was more pleasant to him than any other smell he could even imagine.  Her scent was so sweet, so relaxing, that he felt as if he was already in heaven.  As Mavis rests her head on Johnny's chest, she could hear his heart beat.  As it beats against her ear, it made her feel more relaxed, more so than any lullaby that he father or anyone else has ever sang to her.

As they rest there, they both feel like they have just went into paradise, free of charge.

As they feel like as if they're both about to drift into sleep, they both looked at each other's eyes and kissed one another, in a sweet, gentle kiss.

After they stopped kissing, they resumed their previous positions, snuggled a little bit, and start to go to sleep.

Jonathan, then said "Good night -er, good day, Mavis."

Mavis smirked and said "Good day to you too, Johnny."

With that being said, both kids went to sleep, while still embracing each other's "zing".

15 minutes later, Dracula and the gang (Wayne the wolf, Wanda Wolf, the Invisible Man, Uncle Frank and his wife, and the Mummy) walk towards Mavis' room, to welcome Jonathan back to the hotel.

As Dracula reached to the door knob, Mary (the shrunken head) interrupted Dracula's process by saying "Do Not Disturb!"

With this catching him by surprise, Dracula asks "What do you mean?"

Mary replied "What I mean, Dracula, is that you should not disturb Mavis and her honey.  They are sleeping."

The whole gang gasped and the Invisible Man asks "Did they...."

"No no no," Mary answered "nothing like that happened, they just didn't get any sleep 'cause of the other night and since Jonathan doesn't have a room, Mavis offered him to sleep with her for just tonight.  Nothing more and nothing less, clear?"

The whole gang let out a sigh of relief and started to walk away quietly from the door.

Dracula stopped a little bit, smiled, and quietly said "Sleep tight, my little mouse."

As he quietly walks down the hall, in his mind, he is thinking "When they wake up, I'm gonna to have a little talk to Jonathan......"
